The Lab
Anyone within the cannabis industry knows that the laboratory is the cornerstone whether it is production, R&D or clinical trials. At Canna Therapeutic we have been focused from day one on the essence of having a well-equipped modern laboratory and a team of dedicated and experienced staff within analytical chemistry and extraction technologies.
Our mass spectrometric expertise and general spectroscopic experience together with our solid foundation in organic chemistry and biochemistry are the important elements in cannabis research and production of medicinal cannabis products.
The unmatched power of high-resolution mass spectrometry techniques combined with separation techniques such as UPLC, HPLC and GC allows us to provide in-house qualitative chemical identification and precise quantitative analysis.
Our analytical methods produce ultra-trace detection limits in the parts per billion range and exceptional mass accuracy yielding results that are necessary for unambiguous compound identification in stability studies.
Safety & efficacy
For patients to know their medicine is safe to use, each batch within the medical cannabis industry needs to be produced by GMP standards. Below you can see some of the basic criteria in laboratory analysis of medical cannabis.

Clinical development
All the people suffering from pain, cancer, inflammation, multi resistant bacteria, PTSD as well as dermatological diseases, should know that we do what we can to develop science-based medicine for those segments in our pipeline.
The clinical trials I, II, III, and IV are the first long steps towards a new medical compound. Therefore, we teamed up with experts from around the world in order to make this happen.
The Lab
Canna Therapeutic has installed an analytic platform where chromatography and mass spectrometric equipment suited for profiling and quantitation of volatile, as well as non-volatile components that play an essential role in characterizing the different cannabis plants.

Microbiological Testing
Microbiological Testing:
Mycotoxins, aerobic, coliform, enterobacterial, yeast and mold, and mycotoxins are standard micro-test parameters for Medical Cannabis.”
Microbiological testing will prove if a grower has got his act together. You don’t want to give moldy weed to patients. It’s an ignorant and dangerous thing to do.

Replication
Replication is the core when developing a drug candidate and what happens in the jar does not always happen in humans. We are creating a new medical cannabis paradigm.

EU GMP STANDARDS
Our products and genetics cover European, Canadian and Israeli regulatory requirements. As it is now, there are very few EU GMP cannabis products on the European market. Those products that are produced by EU GMP standards are medical prescription drugs in 2019.
Creating personalized medicine
The goal is to offer a complete personalized pharmaceutical cannabis programs to specific patient segments. It’s not enough to provide the medicine, patients need guidance until they manage long term dose control and support.
